Hi,
im writing this message because i feel uncomfortable going to the doctors and its really hard for me to even type it here.

This is scaring the h3ll outta me. A few months back i found a small lump on my testicals. its close to my inner thy but its not actually on my testicals. it grew to the size of say a penny in diameter but it wasn’t a big lump and was pretty painful when i knocked it. long story short it bled and clear liquid followed by a yellow liquid was discharged followed by a bit more bleeding. it seemed to disappear after that but it came back about 2 weeks ago and its just done exactly the same thing as before and busrt. The lump then goes but it still feels pretty flat and hard in that area. I really need some help on this one or any ideas as to what it may be?. :'(

Ok, i feel i need to edit this slightly. Before this problem i was taking ecstasy and smoking cannabis on a weekly basis. As of from 2 months ago i have cut it out and don’t intend on doing it ever again. My thoughts where that this could be the cause?

I like many people searching these forums; I found a small painless lump on my right testical. I immediately planned a visit to my primary and spent a good portion of time researching online stories of people experiencing the same issue. Many stories and comments don’t actually tell the start to finish account… I will give mine. I’m 31 and found small painless lump on my right testical, backside near the bottom. My father died of cancer at an early age so anytime I find a hint of cancer I assume the worst. My primary wasn’t concerned but referred me to an imaginary place that completed an ultrasound. The technician completing the ultrasound wasn’t able to give me input which drove me crazy, the radiologist needed to review and then my primary would be informed. The short of it, I have varicocele which is enlarged vein. It’s odd to me because this lump feels circular and size of a pea or BB and nothing like a vein. Varicocele is nothing to be concerned about and happens in 20% of all men ages 15-30. Don’t freakout and ruin a weekend over this, it’s very likely a non-issue but get checked for ease.

Hi, I'm 20 and I have a small lump on my right testicle. It is not sore. I noticed it about 2 months ago, but I never thought about it. What could it be?
