Hi im 15 and i have been diagnosed with an inguinal hernia, (however you spell it) but i have noticed a little lump on the top of my testical but i am unsure weather it is to do with the vein things on the back of my testical. could you please help?

It should be looked at by a professional. It could actually be hernia, or a spermatocele, varicocele, or a normal anatomical lump.....it depends on the appearance, size, but to be certain what it is, it needs to be felt by a doc.

Thank you, i am scheduled to go see a Dr on friday of this week about my hernia. I will ask the Dr about the lump as it sounds very much like a spermatocele. :-)

i have seen two doctors about this lump, both have said it's the tubes at the back of my left testicle. But i am convinced it's a lump, when i squeeze this "lump" or whatever it is i feel winded does this sound like what would happen if i squeezed my tubes?? plz reply quick as i am very anxious. Thank you.
