Oh no! What am I to do? I have one pinkish white lump( looks like acne) on my testical!! How did I get this? cry

Last night I had spilled hot almost burning water on my testicals, the next day I have a pinkish white lump! I am planing on going to the hospital, but I am not sure what to ask!
