hi people, im 18 years old, and was in the bath yesterday when i found a lump of some sort in my testical sack, so worst come to wost i got things into my head, then i desided to do a full check, nothing els.. no lumps on my esticals its self.. where the lump is.. its on the left hand side, about an inch ontop of my left testical, and its sort of like its inside my penis but u can see the lump, since last night its really starte hurting when i walk, sit or do anything, he feels like its bein squashed because its swalen.. :-(

iv had this problem once or twice... when iv been at my girlfriends house, after spending the evening with her and gettin turned on, it swells up and is really painful. but the next day its gone.. =/

so today i just kept an eye on it, been hurting all day with the lump still, if its still the same tomorrow im going to book an appointment to the doctor.

when i had a fee around it fells like the pipe (where the sperm come from, dont know the name) is knoted or twisted..

please can someone help me?
