at first it was dark brownish, but its getting heavier and redder, it also hurts and feels like cramps, i haven't had sex, anytime soon, does anyone know what is going on?

Was your period a normal one? If it was lighter than normal it could just be a messed up period and its decided to arrive properly later on. sometimes we all get strange periods now and then, even if its never happened to you before, you will get a strange one totally different from the rest. If the bleeding continues and hurts or keeps happening each month, check with your doctor.
