I was on depo provera for 3 months. I didn't go back in time for my next shot. I had unprotected sex the day before I ovulated (Jan. 3, 2015). I've been having lower back pain, acne just came out of nowhere, I've been more tired than usual, had abdominal cramps, I had pink spotting on & off for about 2-3 days ... There are more symptoms. But I've taken 2 hpt's and both were neg. Could it just be in my head? Or could I be pregnant? I really want another baby.
