I have had these symptoms for awhile now lower stomach pain  and back, nauseated have trouble sleeping gain weight boobs are kind of tender I have my tubes tied I have been to the ER they did urine and blood work on me they said I don't have any infections nothing's wrong with my kidneys and i am not pregnant they checked all of that so what do any of you think i have bc i have no clue
