i had my tubes tied nine years ago but i'm now experiencing pregnancy like feelings

i had my tubes tied nine years ago and im having pain in my breast i went to the e.r and they said im not pregnat but my breast are discharging liquid and they are tender what can this be not to mention im having cravings and mood swings
