I had unprotected sex 4 days ago and I am scared that I am at risk of being pregnant.

I have been reading many articles and watching many videos that have mentioned that I can experience symptoms such as nausea, fatigue, tender breasts and mood swings etc... I have noticed myself getting into unnecessary moods, pointlessly crying, belly cramping and I am 2 days late for my period.

When can I take a test that will give me accurate results, I want to know as soon as possible?
