Three months and no period.. Dose that mean im pregnant?

I havent had a period for about three months now startin my forth. back before christmas i took two pregnancy test and both were negative so i didnt worry. but now its feb and itll be my forth month if i dont start here in a couple of weeks. I have a lot of the signs of pregnansy like tender breast, fatigue, cramping, i was nauses alot a week a so ago but not so much now, im also bloated or my belly is sticking out more that normal, a lil food craving but that could just me in the mood for something, headaches , and mood swing but my mood swings are more like i get up set easyer than normal. smells of something get to me and ive heard thats a sign. I havent worried much in till now and i cant set a dr apontment till tomorrow but i need to know something now. like is there a good chance that i might be pregnant? Help!!
