I was taking the pill for about a year. I starting taking it as a Sunday start. I took my last active blue pill on November 10th and began my period on the 11th. My boyfriend and I have been using the pull out method since then and on the 20th he didn't pull out. The last 4 days I've had really bad headaches and slight cramps. The last 2 days bloating and nausea. I get the nausea usually when I am hungry and don't eat right away. Is it too soon for these to be pregnancy symptoms? It's only the 28th. I know that just coming off birth control it's hard to know when I'd be ovulating. Is it common to ovulate that first week after your period? Am I just paranoid? We aren't trying, but we also know we aren't exactly being careful either.

Heya, I'm in the same similar situation as you.. I've just recently got off birth control pills (completed whole packet) & I've been on them for about 8 years. It's been about 20 days & I've had unprotected sex with my husband many times (even the day of going off bcp) & also have been having symptoms.. Which I'm not sure if they relate to me just coming off birth control pills & my body's adjusting or if I'm having pregnancy symptoms...?
Symptoms I have had so far are minor headaches (just tension), obvious fatigue/tiredness, my sense of smell seems heightened, I'm totally bloated (constantly), I swear I've had a few hot flashes, I had frequent urination earlier on when coming off my bcp, I'm definitely getting acne again, having sleeplessness, had light nausea (at first)/possible heartburn (neither of those I get, ever), increase in white-ish discharge & my breasts are just NOW starting to become tender & heavy feeling..
What I haven't experienced YET (if I even do?) are any cramping, aching, mood swings, or any unusual spotting/bleeding... But there hasn't been enough time to pass to see if I have a missed/delayed period.. So it's the waiting game & I'm attempting to observe all the changing my body's doing.
