The worse thing you can do is to try and physically pull something out of your body that is intended to be there. Have you seen your Dr.?? This might be, (i am not for sure) a prolapsed uterus, which means the uterus drops down into the vagina. Prolapse may happen when the muscles and ligaments that support the uterus become stretched or slack. This could be due to a long childbirth or multiple births. Also obesity, heavy coughing and/or constipation. There are also underlying problems that can cause this, but first things first.
Your Dr. can insert a plastic ring (PESSARY) to support the organs, but before this can be done, the uterus and surrounding organs have to be back in their proper position. This can be accomplished by excercises. There is also surgery, should you decide.
Some symptoms of a prolapse are are feeling of heaviness, fullness or falling out in the vaginal area. You may have back ache or an inability to control urination.
Call your Dr. and give him your symptoms, he will probably know right away what your talking about.
DON"T TRY TO PULL IT OUT.........You can do more damage to yourself which would cause a real emergency.
