I have a problem with leakage of urine. It happens every time I cough or sneeze. It began after my delivery. I guess my bladder became weak. Recently I’ve noticed lump at the entrance of my vagina. I am worried about that. What can cause a lump there? I doubt that it is STD,I only had sex with my husband.

It sounds to me like you are having genital tract prolapse. It is a weakness of the supporting structures of the uterus. Many women do notice temporary symptoms of prolapse such as a lump at the entrance to the vagina and stress incontinence following delivery of a baby. Most of them delay seeking help for this condition due to embarrassment. The effective and sympathetic treatment should be available thought your gynecologist or family doctor.
