ok so i had this spot on my penis it was a little red spot with a kinda white head. now it has kind of grown and its all green at the top with white puss around it %-) it hurts when i touch it and stings bad when i squeze it. i really dont know what to do. i dont really fancy going to the doctors.. can someone please help!

Despite your dislike of doctors, I would run, not walk, to my nearest medical clinic for an exam. I could be something serious.
If not, they'll tell you so and teach you a bit about hygene and how to keep from getting this in the future.
