Hey, I noticed a lump on my shaft about a week ago and i foolishly decided to squeeze it, i think a bit of puss may have came out but fast forward a week and the spot has grown much bigger.

I attempted to pop it yesterday as i thought it came to a head and it was really big and uncomfortable. Puss and blood came out and i found a hair and plucked it out with tweezers, it was about an inch long hair so it must have been ingrown. I thought this was going to fix the issue but the spot is still there and there appears to be a lot more puss undrneath but i dont know whether to try to pop again. 

I shave my shaft occasionally as some hair does grow on it if thats of any significance. Thank you
