Hi, i have a large spot on my penis about half way down from the tip angled slighty under, The Lump itself is about the size of a piece of corn. Thinking it was just a spot or possibly an ingrown hair i have plucked at it to try and release puss or a trapped hair but to no success. I am worried about it as it is providing physical discomfort although it is not painful or itchy in anyway. There was not really much of a head on it although whats there now is black ( like a scab ) which i am unsure is because or my picking or something worse :( ...... i am 20 years old and recently always had protected sex although there have been a couple of times where contact has been made without protection with two girls. To my knowledge neither of these girls have any sort of STI so i am kinda ruling that out (but not impossible). Will book a doctor appointment if the lump does not begin to dissapear although would prefer not to go back as i have recently been because of scabies

It's possibly a sebaceous cyst, an oil gland. They can swell. It may go away on its own but if it continues you'll need to see your doctor.

According to your cases you should talk to these girls and ask them about some sexually transmitted diseases, and after that you should see a doctor and test your blood on sexually transmitted diseases. I hope these spots can be due to puberty.
