i have been experiencing weird symptoms after intercourse 2 days ago.

 i have only been sexually active with only one guy for about 9- 10 months, but its awhile in between intercourse, we've only done it 4 times. Two days ago was the 4th time and we had intercourse but didn't use a condom. the 1st time we had sex we used one, and the last 3 we haven't because he "doesn't like them". Before the 4th time, we used the pull- out method and i was not pregnant. But, 2 days ago we also used this method. He fingered me and went down on me, and then intercourse. Nothing felt weird during it, but afterwards my vagina was hurting. i discovered today that i had a brownish discharge on my underwear and there is also some blood coming out, but not a lot. i googled what that meant and sources were saying it occurs during pregnancy, its old blood, or you're getting your period. i had my period about 2-3 weeks ago and so i started freaking out that i may be pregnant. i went to take a shower and i saw that my vagina was red, irritated, and raw, more outside the vagina than in. i don't think its blood or anything from my period because i usually get cramps or can feel it coming on and i don't.  i put some vasaline on the rawness and i saw that there was 2 red bump-like things forming on my vagina, they don't hurt though. one to the left of my vagina, and one a little to the right almost under the opening of the vagina. i have been freaking out, i don't know if i have just an infection, an std, or if i'm pregnant. This has never happened after we had sex and i'm starting to worry. does anyone know what this could be or give me any advice? please answer quickly!
