Hi I'm 15 and the last time I had sexual contact was about 4 months ago and it was only oral, I've been having a pain in my testical after having itching there too, it's bene having on and off pains over the last couple of days and I'm scared to what it could be someone please help

Some pains are normal during puberty but -
You're sexually active. It could indicate chlamydia or another STD. Yes, you can get them from oral sex. You can't tell who has them.
It could also be epididymitis, a swelling/infection of the tubes that carry sperm from your testes. Do you have a foreskin? This would be more common for a male that is uncircumcised.
You really should see your doctor. You don't want to possibly have an STD. Untreated it can lead to fertility problems later on. You'd could also give it to any future partner.
