I am 23 years old and Male. 6'1" tall and weigh 190 pounds. I am having this peculiar problem, i feel slight pain in the left testis, but when i feel it, i cant seem to find where the pain is. when i pee, sometimes i feel a twinge, something like a pull on a nerve or something like that near by my left testes, it starts from the left side of the lower abdomen extends through the left testes and to anus. i feel the pain even when i go for potty , the pain increases if i have a full bladder or if i am having a high pressure for the potty, when i have this high pressure, it sometimes gets difficult to get up, there is a twinge of sharp pain for a sec, then it goes, and then occurs couple of times until i am sitting on the toilet seat and releasing the pressure. i have no problems when i masturbate, no others problems ever. i never had sex, absolutely no sexual contact with whomsoever. i don't think i have constipation problem because i pass the motion very freely and everyday. for the past 3-4 months, my eating habits have changed, sleeping habits too, i am up all the night, and sleep in bits during the day. and i have like one or maybe two meals during the day. i have plenty of apple juice in the night. i also have a pot belly which i want to get rid off, and the pain problem has started like 2 months ago.
