I have had my tubes "clamped " for 7 yrs now

I am 27. I have had my tubes "clamped " for 7 yrs now. I am having all preg signs and now white discharge coming out my nipple. Had pregnancy test done...neg...went to hosp did ultrasound and now dont have ins to go back cause I'm still moody sick at my stomach and now the discharge. My periods have always been crazy so...what could it be
