I have a Vitamin B3 deficiency (and MS) and I was told to go ahead and take a vitamin B3 supplement. I have been looking at Niacin, but I have heard that this can cause flushing? If you have any experience with Niacin, please tell me what you think about it and if you would recommend it to others?

Flushing is a well known "side effect" of Niacin, but research has shown this to be completely harmless, and in fact Niacin has been recommended by many doctors for many different conditions. If you want to take Niacin, you should feel absolutely comfortable that it will not do you any harm. I hope that's enough?
