From what I have been told, I understand that vitamin B3 is something that is essential to people who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis. So please tell me, if MS patients have to take vitamin B3 on a daily basis, what is the adequate daily dose? Thank you for your time and effort to answer my question.

Hi there. I don't think that it is the same for every person with Multiple Sclerosis, it is more of an individual thing determined by the levels of deficiency. Personally, I have MS and I take 125 mg daily of vitamin B3, so that should give you some idea. I hope that this answers your question?
