When males have blood in their urine this can be very serious. This is not the same as when females have blood in their urine. It is important that you go to a doctor as soon as possible. You need to make a notes of how much blood you saw and any other symptoms you experienced prior to the event. Blood in your urine could be due to prostate problems, a urinary tract infection, kidney dysfunction/stones to mention a few. Given the fact that you felt light headed and dizzy and then passed out indicates there is something very wrong. I suggest you see a doctor as soon as possible to get a proper diagnosis.
