i just realized then after i sat down after school my right testicle seems to be more sensitive

i just got picked up from school (im 14) and when i sat down a small pain shot into my right testicle, a specific spot im not sure, kinda feels like a stomach pain but lower and more right. i then  stopped at a gas stachine and i realised when i want or raised my leg too high it had a small small pain. i turned a few corners and went back in the car. i felt around it realising it was much more painful then i suspected, i cant touch it even if its lightly touched it hurts alot, i remember somthing like this similar happened before, and it started like this...three days later i couldent walk from the pain....i dident do anything last time it just went away.....ive never masturbated and i heard that if you do the pain in the epyditimus or top rightish part will no longer hurt....i dont want to go to the doctors AGAIN any pills or medication you think i should use, somthing to stop the pain? thanks and i want this pain gone SOON
