About three days ago I felt pain in my right testicle which made it difficult to walk. I felt around there and discovered a small lump. The pain went away but came back the next day for about 10 minutes. After about 1 hour, I masturbated. Since then I only feel a slight pain if I touch it. I'm going away for two weeks so should I be worried about cancer? And If so, should I wait two weeks until I return?
