i am onlly 13 years old and i need help on getting it back to even or normal .
its not itchy or painful but i want it to go away.
I heard i have to take surgery to do it but im scared ...
I hope i could do something at home to make it go away or not get to surgery

It's NORMAL for your testicles to not hang evenly. Usually one is lower, commonly the left, than the other.
