I also just stopped taking the pill two weeks ago. I found your post because I've been dizzy and cramping as well, and wondering if it is normal. I'm glad to know I'm not the only one.
I kind of doubt I'm ovulating, because I've heard that it usually takes about 2 months for your body to get back to normal after quitting the pill (and I never had a problem with becoming dizzy prior to having taken it). I guess everyone will react differently, though.
Has anyone else had these symptoms?

Is there any chance that either of you could be pregnant? It can take very little time for ovulation to begin again for some women. I am having the same problem. Though, I do not think I'm pregnant...I would imagine the most likely answer is ovulation. Maybe take a test just to be sure.

I just thought I'd follow up on my last post. It's now been six weeks since my last pill. I know now that I wasn't ovulating becaue I still haven't had a period, and I took a test last night that was negative. So I guess all that dizziness and cramping was for no reason. Cool.

I stopped my pills 2 months ago, and now my period is late, but I haven't had sex in the last 4 months. And I haven't felt any differently. Just making sure I'm not pregnant!
