I was in a relationship last month thats now ended.We used protection in all accounts and i recieved my period in the next four days after the break-up. My menstrual flow was smaller than usual and lasted a day less? A week later i noticed near the end of releaving myself i experienced discomfurt. My Urine is opaque and i'm having the erdge to scratch. I drink plenty of fluids and my health is average.Is it possible going from a lot of sex to no sex caused my body to switch off schedual or should i worry ?Also im scared of doctors, is there a natural way i can try before i go to the doctor to see if it is a vaginal infection?

Hi Shorty,

It may not be a vaginal problem.  One day less on your period is not generally a cause for concern.

The opaque urine may give a clue.  You likely have a urinary tract infection.

See your doctor.  They'll take a sample and test it.  Treatment is usually an antibiotic.  

Don't try to self-diagnose everything.  With a possible infection, they get worse and harder to treat the longer you have them.  

UTI's are very common in women, especially after sex.
