Your penis is average sized for an adult male. It can grow into your early 20's too.
Body hair continues to develop into your early 20's.
You can continue to grow for a few more years, but probably not much more.
Your frenulum, on the penis, may be a bit short pulling down the glans. You'd need an exam by a urologist to be sure.
