Hey im 16 year old at school i get made fun of because theres rumors that I have a small penis.My penis is about 5 inches erect,its been the same size since i was 12! I already have hair on my face and on my penis. Wanted to know its there still a possibility that my penis will still grow or my puberty stages are over and im stuck like this forever?

You are NOT small. Average for an adult male is 5.1" erect.
Your penis can grow into your early 20's.
