i was on the shot and recently got off but I’ve been having safe sex. My period came but left super fast and started getting cramps and always tired. But didn’t think anything of it. Today my stomach gets hurt and sit on the toilet but nothing came out. When  wiped, there was white see through tiny tissues. I’m not sure what’s going on?
