My boyfriend has one testicle, We talked about it when we started to get intimate.I think he was worried I might not like it.And maybe a bit self-conscious.
He simply asked me the second or third time we were together in bed if I noticed that he had only one.Yes I noticed, not right away and, sincerely it doesn't matter.And it's not because I'm supportive or because I truly care about him that I'm saying this.It's really because it doesn't change anything for me.
I was a bit curious, I wanted to know what happened to "the other one". I was mostly hoping for him that, whatever the reason he had one testicle it didn't hurt.I just asked him when he brought the subject.Nothing bad happened to the other one, he was born like that.When he told me, I was happy for him that he didn't get hurt and I told him I didn't mind at all.
I think he is not so pleased to have only one and I'm afraid he can't realize how little I care about it.
Oh, and our sex life is great, really great, and it doesn't affect his libido, we do it all the time.
Please don't worry if you don't have two. Probably you are the only one who cares about this.

I'm 36 now with 3 kids and have had one testicle since birth, I was like you and probebly most of us with one had a bit of fear with girls as teenager. I really understand it's quite hard sometimes because you don't feel normal or you think this in your head and a few ppl found out at school so not good as you can imagine. Anyway I don't want to tell a big story but at age of 23 I decided to have an implant and that helped a little as it looked normal to girls and I gained conferdence. My ex from age 16 to 19 split up with me and told people about it and that was awkward for a wile , honestly though looking back now I count myself lucky I've met a very georgous blond and we've had beautiful children and she didn't notice about my false one for ages it's not something we talk about but she knows and we've been together for 12 years so yes it's hard to go through live knowing you've only got one ! and it's hard people who know because you think your not same and your judged but mate im living proof that life is good and try not to worrie about it i know its hard even i get down sometimes but lifes to short just be confident and go for it with the girls trust it's no so bad . 1thing defo get the implant it's a bit harder than the normal testicle but it will give you conferdence!!
