I'm 17 and still a virgin, you are not alone, although my status is due to change in the next 2 weeks if we get lucky, but still it's okay to still be a virgin at this age. Never consider having sex until you are completely ready, and that you are comfortable with who you are with. Don't feel pressured to do anything because all your friends have, or to do anything you feel you are not ready for.

I think it's not all that abnormal actually. I would guess that 30-50% of your friends who say they have had sex probably haven't yet. There is a lot of research that shows the actual age of losing virginity is higher than what people state it is. Either way - it doesn't matter. You need to make the choices that are right for ONLY you! What your friends - or others around you - do should have no impact on the choices you decide to make for yourself!

if someone judges you on your performance in bed i think that's pretty shallow and not worth the time or effort and definitely not worth giving my virginity to. but if your special someone requires you to be amazing at sex, that is your decision.
