I'm not quite sure if i could be preganat or not?

Well the last time that i had sexual intercorse was on the 4/4/13, 5/4/13 and the 8/4/13. Those 3 times i had sex it had been unprotected, also it was in the week that i was fertile/ovulating. im not quite sure if i have had the pregnancy symptoms as i think i have been over looking it a bit to much but i have had sensitive nipples, back ache, congested nose/ runny, breast tenderness, side pains, increase in smell, mild stomach cramps and im not quite sure if im spotting or not?!?!??!?

due to the spotting i thought that i started my period a week early which is unusual! but the first day it started it was very light and pinkish in colour. the 2 other days the flow of it had picked up and was a really dark/black red and very watery. tbh i just thought my period came back on but i have a strong feeling that i am pregnant but i just want to know for sure!
