If you start your period normally on the day you started the months before, and started taking birth control while still on your period, and you're sick with a cold, could you be pregnant? Or is it just affecting my period? Cause two days before I was supposed to stop my period, I stopped bleeding for a few hours, then started again, then on the day I was supposed to stop there was this brown spot discharge thing.. what could this mean? Cause I've been stressed over thinking that I could be pregnant. And I just started taking birthcontrol pills and I'm sick. We didnt use any protection.. but he didn't go inside me.

Birth control messes with your periods to begin with.  Sickness can, too.  The only way you could be pregnant is if you're on antibiotics (colds are caused by viruses, so you probably aren't), which would cancel out the birth control.  I doubt that you have any reason to worry.
