Okay so here is the problem and i really hope someone can help me as soon as possible. I had my period and it was regular a little early but regular, but i have been spotting off and on for less than a month, i will be freezing and then get really hot and thats no like me at all i'm usually very cold, i have a cold but i'm not sure if that would do it because it started before that. My fiance and i do not have protected sex we are trying to start a family. i'm only 19 years old and i sometimes have weird pains in my lower left side. i'm not sure what to do and i really need someones advice. i took a pregnancy test at home and it was negitive so i'm not sure what is wrong with me. if you have any information please write me.

I get these pains. I also have iregular bleeding. I get moody an i feel cold all the time.
2 weeks ago, after a scan on my womb an overies. I had a DnC (a clean out of my womb)
The scan i had showed i had Poly cystic overies an fibroids on my womb.
I am still getting theses pains off an on.
But i need to give it time to settle down. I go back in 4 weeks, so il mention it when i go, if it still hurts.
They also told me i have a tilted womb. It tilts backwards and sidewards.
They thought i had a polip an that was causing the pain. But it wasnt when they looked, it was just a fibroid.
Both my cycts an fibroids are small an my consultant says nothing to worry about.
Im now wondering if my tilted womb is causing the pains.
Your hormones could be mixed up at the min for lots of reasons. If it carries on, id ask your doctor to check you out.
