I’ve just heard that my cousin will need to get some kind of treatment with Immunosuppressive. I heard about Immunosuppressive long time ago and I know a little bit about it but I’m not sure that I totally understand how it works. Tell me, please, something more about Immunosuppressive mechanism.

Immunosuppressives belong to a class of drugs that suppresses the body's immune system. They are used to prevent production of antibodies. One group of Immunosuppressives may also prevent antigens from entering cells and in that way prevent local allergic inflammation reactions. The drugs currently used to suppress antibody formation also leave an individual susceptible to infection.
