Inner Lips of Vagina are dark purple and swollen?

okay may be u have got any kind of disease .... 

It sounds like a hormonal imbalance from the natural occurrence of puberty. If your really worried see an OB GYN (you don't have to have sex to see one you just have to have a vagina)
A lot of changes occur in puberty and when you get sexually aroused an increased blood flow can cause the darkness which can also be caused by a rapid or high fluxeation in hormones which can also cause the swelling.

Almost every girl has the same problem.(I searched the same question)Its not that you have a disease or that you have to have s!x. It changes during puberty!!And trust me I'm quiet young to even be worried about this.
