Hi I am new to this forum I am seriously considering the thd surgery after ten years of suffering with internal hemms. I've been banded several times, bleeding still an issue. Have had 5 colonoscopies - internal and external hemms. Need the external ones gone. Cleansing is annoying and EMBARRASING. I'm completely over it. Will the surgery erase my externals and give me a normal looking bum? TYIA
