Hi, there. As far as I know, there is no real need for replication of nanorobots. Replication maybe would be needed for some aggressive treatments. Manufacturing of nanorobots is not so expensive, so making them in large number is not a problem. If there was a replication possibility, it would need a special government approval. I have read that some scientists say that nanorobots replication would represent a certain danger for a life on Earth. I don’t know the details about this. I hope I’ve helped a little. Bye!
