Good morning!

I've been dealing with back pain for several years now. Only a few time has it become truly debilitating. I do have constant pain however. My last MRI showed a bulging disk at L3-4 & L4-5 and facet hypertrophy with mild to moderate canal and bilateral foraminal stenosis.

I'm sure this is from my 20 years as a former bus driver. I have had some epideral injection that have worked for a couple of weeks.

My question is; "Might I be looking at surgery in the future or is there something else that might be able to be done?"
