It depends on the type of pill she's using, how long she's been using it and if she's been using it correctly.
Certain pills are safe after seven days of correct use, others only after fourteen- so you will have to make sure. The leaflet inside the box should be able to tell you. Taking a morning after pill WITH a contraceptive pill could be dangerous, but normally at the clinic/chemist you obtain the pill from they should be able to answer any questions you or girlfriend should have.
