There seems to be a problem on the penile head of my penis it looks as if i have friction burns all over my penis head i do masterbate usually around once a day but i do use lubes such as coconut oil and vitiamin e oil as iv noticed these friction like scars for about a year now and everytime i go to the doctors they turn me away and say theres nothing there but i see them. I am scared that they will put a girl of and i would really like to get rid of them if possible and would like informing what they could possibly be?
They are a light red and are only visible in certain lighting for some strange reson. What could they be?

It's hard to second guess a doctor that has seen your penis.
Are you referring to the glans or the foreskin? You can have some minor tearing of the foreskin from sex or masturbation.
Can you pull your foreskin back easily?

Remember, the glans changes greatly in size as you can an erection. It is possible for there to be some scarring from the tissue expansion. Your glans will also "dry out" some just by being exposed.
It's not an infection and nothing to worry about.

Thank you for your input, just i'm still worried that these sort of scars will put girls of as they do not look very appealing and also something else iv noticed is when my penis is erect and i pull my foreskin back the scars/friction burns are not as noticeable.

You're worrying too much about your penis. Don't be self-conscious about it. Everyone has a few marks or blemishes on their skin, somewhere. You'll find many women with stretch marks around their breasts. You just accept it as part of them. Any women that loves you won't worry about them.
You've had a doctor examine you and tell you there's nothing there.
I know you can't go around and ask your friends to "show you theirs" but you'll notice we all are different, even down there.
