Itchy and slightly painful vagina, with an odor

hi m 26 yrs old girl...i never had vaginal sex with my bf onli masturbating and rubbing...i onli had anus sex with him....nd now 3 to 4 days back i have assumed that there r some sort of pimples without puss in my vagina.... its not dat painful but usually wen i come frm outside it hurtss and more thn pain its itchy there.......first i thought may be its because of hot weather.i didnt go to doctor i feel awkward dicussing with my doctor...can u pleas help me that wat exactly is it??? when it hurts i put ice cube there for sumtime nd thn it becomes fine....and i also wana ask u dat my vagina odors very bad....y is it sooo??how to prevent bad odornes...
please help me =(
