I woke up this morning scratching the area between my shaft and balls. I thought this was normal, but through out the day it became itchier.It didnt hurt either and doesn't hurt now. But I guess since I was scratching all day in the same spot, I started to bleed and some fluid in a small amount came out, maybe it was sweat since I started to freak out immediately. But anyways, it doesn't hurt and the area below the bleeding spot, on my balls, is messed up because of my scratching and the skin is slightly coming off. I need an answer now please. 20 yr old male.
