The head of the penis is itchy, I get this weird yellowish liquid that comes out that has a werd smell. What could it be. I ha this for about a year. With it being really bad to not that noticible. I have gone to the doctors and she told me I had a urinary track infection. I also got tested for an std which came back negative.

Weird smell and yellow discharge indicate infection. See a urologist to find out what is going on as it should not last for a year. You need to be on antibiotics - specific to the infection.
