So for almost 2 and a half weeks now, I've had a crack in the corner of my mouth and it won't heal. For a while, I was thinking that maybe it was just a normal dry mouth thing, but it won't go away. I also thought because I have to eat, the crack keeps re-opening. On top of that, my lymph nodes are swelling, causing neck pain and for the last 2 days, I've gotten headaches just randomly. They don't last long and they don't hurt too bad but I didn't know if it was associated. I don't have a loss of appetite or a real loss in weight or anything like that. I also don't really have fatigue, but I kind of do because I don't get that much sleep. I have anxiety and depression and have a really shitty sleep schedule. Anyone have an idea of whats going on? (on a side note, I do use chewing tobacco)
