I've had sore breasts for the past week and over the last couple of days I've began getting aches in my back and ankles. I take the Cilest birth control pill and have done for 7 years. In the first week after my period and back on the pill I was late taking the third day pill, by around 24 hours but I caught up and have taken the rest of the packet like clockwork. There has been unusual discharge towards the end of the packet. I last had sex the day after the late pill and before that it was in my pill free week. Does it sound like I could be pregnant?
