My IUD fell out on october 1. I started my period on Oct 2 and it lasted 8 days. I started birth control pills the following Sunday and have taken them every day at the same time. Today I had some spotting. My period is not due for another week. For the last week my breasts have been very sore and I've been more tired than usual. Also have been having headaches. Could the spotting today be implantation? How soon should I test for an accurate result
