a year ago i applied immac hair remover to my genitals and shortly afterwards started developing water sacks on my testies and have continued to grow. Are these two things related and is there any thing i can do.

I don’t think there two are related because immac is just a cream and I doubt it would have any such effect on the scrotal skin. I might be wrong though. Even if you did have some kind of a reaction, I reckon it would go away soon after.
Have both of your testicles changed appearance? What do you mean with water sacks on the testes? Have your scrotal sacs swollen and they look like water filled sacks or have you developed water like cysts on the scrotal skin?
Either way, you should see an urologist and report everything on how it all started, tell him about the cream you used (and its ingredients). He should be able to determine what the swelling is all about and help you get rid of it.
There is nothing wrong or embarrassing with seeing a doctor. Remember that everybody who go there are there for the similar problems and nobody will be pointing fingers at you.

I had the exact same problem. Iwent to a urologist, he says "let's keep an eye on it". That was a waste of $140.00.
